GreenFit’s Totem app unlocks compact gym stations located in parks, offices, halls, and other venues across Italy. Each totem is a two-faced structure equipped with barbells, plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, and other gym essentials, allowing users to complete a full workout session without needing a gym subscription or even entering a gym.
The totem can be accessed by scanning a QR code with the Totem app, similar to how one would unlock shared scooters or bikes.
I designed the mobile app for customers, slated for release on the App Store and Play Store in the second semester of 2024, which allows the user to locate, book, and unlock their Totem. Additionally, I designed a back-office web app for administrators to manage the system and another for partners overseeing totems in private venues. The design process involved crafting an intuitive and sleek interface, ensuring a seamless QR code and unlocking/locking experience, and creating a cohesive and solid user experience across all platforms.
